Job Summary
Opportunity to join a new AAA agency that offers multiple insurance lines and membership programs that offers roadside, towing and travel services. Compensation and benefit highlights
Base salary plus commission. Potential to earn 30% on new business based on individual production.
$3000 sign on bonus after 60 days

Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote a wide range of insurance products.
Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and policy details efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
Assist in benefits administration for clients by explaining coverage options and ensuring they understand their policies fully.
Stay informed about insurance regulations, compliance requirements (including HIPAA), and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
Required Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
Active Michigan property and casualty license required, life and health licenses highly desired.
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex policy details in a straightforward manner.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and client management.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle benefits administration tasks while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills paired with outstanding communication abilities.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
